GLUTEN FREE CRACKERS

1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup arrowroot powder ( or corn starch)

3 tablespoons avocado oil

2/3 cup water

Add and mix the oil into the dry ingredients. Add and knead in the water. Knead well.

Divide into 2 parts and roll each section in a mixture of half of the following:

1/2 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 cup whole flax seeds and 1/4 cup buckwheat flour. Or another seed or just one of your choice!

Roll very thin, turn over and roll again.

Using a pizza cutter, cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Place them on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 – 10 minutes, or longer if needed to turn lightly brown. As they brown, remove them from the oven.
