I had a dozen small meatballs in mushroom sauce in the fridge leftover from yesterday, so we enjoyed them by adding the ingredients listed below and then heating them through: (We also had the Millet Salad with this meat recipe, but any salad will be just as good)

12 small meatballs in sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup cooked millet

1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (my recipe is in the update to EAT MORE WHOLE GRAINS. You could add sour cream instead)

The lunch was topped off with a freshly baked brown bun baked by our daughter-in-law.

It would be very hard to list all of the many beneficial nutrients found in this lunch.

I do know that I will continue to add millet to our menu often.
