NO SUGAR RASPBERRY JAM
RASPBERRY JAM – 250 ml
If you are looking for ways to serve healthy jam without sugar, here is a quick and easy small batch to try. Last night I realized we were out of jam for breakfast so I took a few minutes and mixed the following ingredients.
- 1 cup thawed raspberries
- 3 tablespoons Erythritol or Monk Fruit
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
Mix together well. Let rest a half hour and mix again. Spoon into a jam jar, cover and refrigerate.
Enjoy in the morning on your toast!
This jam can be made with any other fruit of your choice but as well you can sweeten it with Stevia or Zylitol instead of the Erythritol.

Using Erythritol/Monk Fruit – 1.4 carbs / tablespoon of this jam
Using Stevia — .4 carbs / tablespoon of this jam
